Two ways to grow with Team Adventure Europe
As a Travel Partner, you can grow through your own bookings and, over time, by supporting serious people who become active Travel Partners.
Travel sales
You can earn commissions by helping clients, family, friends or even yourself book trips through the platform.

You can also grow by supporting other Travel Partners when they become active and help clients book trips.

As your activity and team sales volume grow, you can progress through different levels and unlock higher commission potential.
How commissions can work
These are simple educational examples of how commissions can work through clients booking trips through the platform and through team activity.
Example 1: Your own booking
If a travel booking is €10,000 and the assumed average iCliGo margin is 12%, the applicable margin would be €1,200.
Your direct commission is calculated as a percentage of that applicable margin. Depending on your Travel Partner level, the direct commission can vary between 30% and 50%.
This example is educational only. It is not a guarantee of income, commissions or results.
Example 2: Team sales
If a Travel Partner in your team generates €10,000 in travel bookings and the assumed average iCliGo margin is 12%, the applicable margin would be €1,200.
Your potential indirect commission is calculated on that applicable margin and depends on your qualification level.

I am Sandra Castanheiro, originally from Madeira Island, Portugal. A few years ago, I moved to London in search of better opportunities and worked as a dental assistant for 10 years.
For a long time, I thought I was doing what I had to do. I worked long hours, did overtime and tried to give my best every single day. But deep inside, I felt I was losing something much more important than money: time with my daughter, Alice.
There is one moment I will never forget. On Alice’s second birthday, I promised I would get home in time to cut the cake with her. But work ran late again. When I arrived, the guests had already left, the balloons were on the floor and Alice was already asleep wearing the dress she had chosen for the party.
That day, I understood that something had to change. I did not want to keep living tired, stuck to schedules and missing moments that would never come back. I wanted more freedom, more presence and a different way to build income.
In February 2023, I discovered this activity in the travel industry. At the beginning, I had doubts too. I did not come from tourism, I did not know everything and I did not have all the answers. But I saw an opportunity to learn, build online and help other people through something everyone understands: travel.
I started step by step, with training, support and consistency. Over time, what started as an alternative became a new way of life.
Today, I work online full-time, I returned to Madeira and I have the privilege of helping other people start too. I have already mentored more than 100 people who wanted to create an online activity, gain more flexibility and work towards their own goals.
